This month's Chalk Talk will feature resident company, Bolden Therapeutics! Bolden Tx is developing therapies to promote the formation of new neurons from endogenous neural stem cells (“neurogenesis”). Their team has discovered a novel signaling pathway that regulates neural stem cell quiescence and has successfully developed antisense oligonucleotide compounds at LabCentral that achieve the desired biological effect in cells, with in vivo studies that are currently underway.
