LabCentral is excited to share the third session in this new people & HR-focused training series with our community! Open to employees of all resident companies and of any level, this series is designed to provide professional development and upskilling opportunities, at no cost!

About this Session: 

Every day we repeat patterns that shape our decisions, relationships, communication, and ultimately our lives. Some of those patterns serve us well and others, well...if we are honest, create frustration, conflict, missed opportunities, and results we never intended. The challenge is that most of these patterns operate outside of our awareness.

In this engaging and interactive session, Dimyas helps participants recognize the unseen habits, emotional responses, and thinking patterns influencing how they communicate, respond to challenges, build relationships, and navigate everyday life.

Drawing from emotional intelligence research, neuroscience, and behavioral psychology, participants learn why they react the way they do, how emotions shape decision-making, and how greater self-awareness creates the opportunity for intentional change. Rather than offering quick fixes or temporary motivation, this experience provides practical tools to recognize what has been hidden, strengthen what is already working, and intentionally change the patterns that no longer serve them.

Because lasting transformation doesn't begin with doing something different. It begins with seeing yourself differently.

Dimyas Perdue, a combat-decorated U.S. Marine with over 22 years of active duty and highly sought-after executive coach, leads participants through an immersive journey of self-discovery and growth. Dimyas shares strategies to conquer doubt, fear, and uncertainty, grounded in his philosophy that “Elevation Requires Change.” Dimyas is brought to LabCentral through partnership with Bridgeworks, working to strengthen the multi-generational workforce of today.
