Biotech Companies

You need job-ready talent without the hiring friction. Our graduates arrive trained on your equipment and ready to contribute immediately.

Funders & Sponsors

You want measurable impact. We build the biotech workforce Boston needs; with transparent outcomes, diverse cohorts, and proven results.

One System. Multiple Entry Points. Clear Pathways.

Everyone starts with What the Heck is Biotech?® (WTHIB), a flexible discovery workshop designed to meet you where you are. From there, pathways diverge based on your goals and experience level. Advanced audiences continue into hands-on training with Biotech Blend X, while adults and undergraduates can move directly into credentialing and job placement through Biotech Ready. The result is stronger skills, better outcomes, and a more prepared biotech workforce.

"This experience showed me the possibilities biotechnology offers as a career. From the guest speakers to what we discussed in lectures, I realized that my degree doesn't bind me to working in wet labs—I can follow my ambitions and find the niche that fits me."
