How We Work With You

Biotech Ready is a training program and a talent pipeline. We understand that training alone doesn't guarantee outcomes. What matters is the right match between your skills and an organization's needs.

Our approach: we work with LabCentral's robust network to understand their hiring needs and culture. When there's a genuine fit, we connect you. Your success matters because finding great people matters to them.

The Network Behind Your Next Opportunity

Biotech Ready participants benefit from LabCentral's deep connections across the life sciences ecosystem:

  • LabCentral residents. Direct access to companies actively hiring trained talent. We cover the intern salary, so companies can access talent without cost barriers. Individuals get paid. Companies get trained, ready people.
  • Industry partners. Connections to life sciences leaders actively shaping hiring practices and workplace culture.
  • Workforce collaborators. Partnerships with organizations focused on skills-first hiring and equitable career pathways.

Where This Path Leads Next

Biotech Ready is the credentialing and opportunity phase of LabCentral's Pathway Programs.

For college students coming from Biotech Blend X or What the Heck is Biotech?®, this is where exploration becomes credential and credential becomes opportunity.

For career changers and workforce participants, this is often your entry point: direct credentialing without the longer exploration phase.

From here: meaningful work, income, career momentum.
